With twenty-two years of tenure in the recruiting and health care fields, John Couvillon employs a strong work ethic to meet the needs of today's demanding health care professionals. As a result, Pinnacle's revenue growth has skyrocketed in recent years, building industry credibility and providing Mr. Couvillon with the honor of being named the Georgia Small Business Association's runner up for "New Business Person of the Year" in 1995. In addition to his professional accomplishments and accolades, the CEO is active in civic and community affairs, including the annual fundraiser for the Georgia Alzheimer's Association and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Prior to founding Pinnacle Health Group with partner Michael P. Broxterman, Couvillon experienced a five-year fast track tenure at a competing agency-at the time, the nation's largest physician recruitment firm. As Vice President of Recruiting for East Coast Operations, he excelled in motivating a pool of recruiters, marketers, and support personnel. He also doubled profit margins during his first year as Vice President and won the "Office of the Year" designation for outstanding performance two out of three years. The CEO's previous experience includes management positions within the recruitment and hospitality industries.
John Couvillon possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Michael P. Broxterman
Founder and Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer of Pinnacle Health Group (PHG), Michael P. Broxterman oversees operations and directs marketing for the physician recruitment firm. Pinnacle has risen to be one of the largest and leading companies specializing in the placement of permanent physicians.
As a management professional with over 17 years of experience in sales and marketing, Broxterman has distinguished himself as a marketing expert and innovator within the physician recruitment industry. Client service and reputation are the results of this developmental work where concepts of Manage by Metrics, Process Development, Strategic Sourcing, and Customer Relationship Management are a few that have come to reality.
In 1997, Broxterman was appointed to the National Association of Physician Recruiters' (NAPR) Board of Directors for a three-year term. Since that time, he had been re-elected to the Board where he had served for over 8 years. In addition, Broxterman led the organization as President of the NAPR in 2004-2005. As an officer of the industry's promotional and governing body, Broxterman has been instrumental in helping the association to become a nationally recognized standard in the health care industry.
In collaboration of the NAPR and the MGMA (Medical Group Management Association), Broxterman helped develop an industry leading first year compensation survey which the NAPR and MGMA continue to sell today. For over 15 years, Broxterman has been an active member of the MGMA.
Recently, in 2006, Broxterman founded and led the startup venture Fuzion Health Group, which is a call center in the Philippines that builds and sells a database of newly graduating physicians as well as targeted telemarketing services. He continues to serve as the companies Chief Executive Officer.
Before founding Pinnacle Health Group with partner John R. Couvillon, Broxterman was employed by a competing company as a marketing manager. Previously, he held sales and marketing positions at Imperial Chemical Corporation, the fourth largest chemical company in the world. He received an MBA from Xavier University (Ohio) and a B. S. in Chemistry from Miami University (Ohio).
