Pinnacle Health Group (PHG), one of the nation’s largest full-service physician recruitment and placement firms, is pleased to announce the recent appointment of its chief operating officer, Michael P. Broxterman, as the new president of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR).
Michael P. Broxterman is a management professional with over 16 years experience in sales and marketing and has been a member of the NAPR board of directors since 1997. As the new NAPR president, Mr. Broxterman looks forward to assisting the organization in establishing more effective guidelines for the physician recruitment industry. This will safeguard ethical standards and reflect positively on the entire medical industry.
The NAPR was founded in 1984 with the purpose to create, mandate, and enforce practical standards for the physician recruitment industry. It is a membership organization comprising more than 240 physician recruitment firms, hospitals, and other medical groups and organizations. The NAPR influences physicians and medical facilities by instituting ethical parameters of behavior that affects all individuals within the medical industry.
Effective work ethics and proven leadership skills coupled with successful client relations have enabled Mr. Broxterman to accomplish much in the physician recruitment industry.
