We visit our client sites-not just the hospital or practice location-but the community, the schools, the parks, the shopping areas, the arts and sports centers. We want to get a feel for the community, as well as the opportunity. We want to get a feel for the personality of the place, the type of people the physician will be working with, and the people in the community. We want the physician to be happy in the community, and we want the client to be happy with the physician. So we go the extra mile to make the right match. Our goal isn't to make a placement, it's to make the RIGHT placement.
Pinnacle Health Group has many unique ways of working. One example is our monthly "all recruiters" meeting. Here, all of our recruiters meet with the CEO and review their accounts. Recruiters share information and help one another to problem solve. Our recruiters focus on satisfying the client and physician through successful matches. Quality begins with the support and leadership of management and flows through to all levels of the organization.
